Booking terms

The form lets you submit requested dates and a guest count. Sending it does not create a confirmed booking or an online payment.

Each accommodation's capacity, equipment and specific features are described on its own page. Terms specific to the requested stay are explained during direct contact with the owner.

Indicative starting prices are shown on each accommodation page. The owner confirms the total price for the requested dates and stay conditions before any booking.

These terms apply only to direct bookings. Airbnb, Booking, Abritel/Vrbo or Amivac terms take precedence when they govern the booking.

No platform or intermediary fee is charged to the traveller for a direct booking. The confirmed total includes the stay, stated taxes and expressly chosen options. No security deposit is required.

Availability and stay conditions are checked after the request is received. A direct booking becomes binding only after express confirmation by the owner and acceptance of the published version of the applicable terms.

Les Myrtilles: maximum 4 guests, €15 cleaning charge only if returned dirty, linen for the main beds, and a €10 sofa-bed linen set on request.

Aux Portes de Gérardmer: maximum 6 guests, €30 cleaning charge only if returned dirty, linen for the main beds; linen for the bench or sofa bed is not included by default and a €10 set is available on request.

Arrival is from 4 pm and departure before 10 am unless a different time is agreed in writing. Pets are accepted under the traveller's responsibility.

A deposit or advance payment is not systematically required. Possible methods are cash, cheque, Chèques-Vacances ANCV, SEPA bank transfer, PayPal and Stripe. Stripe is processed only through the automated secure payment flow.

Traveller cancellation: 100% of the amount paid is refunded at least 31 days before arrival; 50% from 30 through 15 days; 0% from 14 days, unless an expressly documented exception applies. A later version of the terms never applies retroactively.
